I've never done yoga before. Is this really for me?

Absolutely — that's exactly who we built this for. Our classes are specifically designed to make yoga accessible for anybody and everybody. You'll get options and clear guidance every step of the way.

I'm new — which class should I start with?

Every non-heated class is beginner-friendly. New to hot yoga? We suggest easing in with Hot 26, then Hot Fusion, then Power Flow. If you'd rather go slow and meditative, start with Yin + Soundbath + Nidra. Your catered schedule will map the perfect on-ramp for you.

What does "catered schedule" mean?

When you enroll, we learn about your goals, your body, and your week. Then we build a personalized class plan so you always know which classes to take and when to get the most from your six weeks.

What's included in the program?

Six weeks of unlimited classes, a mat and towel rental for every class, a branded Yoga Lab water bottle to keep (refill it free at our water fountain anytime), 3 buddy passes to share with friends, and your personalized catered schedule.

What do I need to bring?

Honestly? Just yourself. Your mat and towel rental are included with the program, and you can refill your branded water bottle at our water fountain every visit — so there's nothing to pack. Phones, shoes, keys, and bags go in our lockers, and there are showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. Literally all you have to do is show up.

Where is Yoga Lab located?

We're at the Boardwalk at Millenia in Eastlake — 1685 Metro Ave #100, Chula Vista, CA 91915 — just minutes off the 805 or the 125.

Is there parking?

Yes. There's street parking plus neighboring lots you're welcome to use. If it's busy when you arrive, the lots about two blocks down by Jamba Juice or Paris Baguette are a reliable backup. Give yourself 20–30 minutes before class to park and settle in.

Do I need to book ahead, or can I drop in?

You're welcome to drop in, but booking ahead secures your spot — drop-ins aren't guaranteed a place. Classes start and end right on time, so plan to arrive a little early.

Can my kids take class with me?

Yes, with a few guidelines: ages 8–12 can join non-heated classes with an adult, 13–16 can take any class with an adult, and 17 and up can attend on their own. Anyone under 18 needs a parent-signed waiver.
